Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in color it has a unique bitter-sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. An infusion of precious primary components, many herbs and roots in a perfectly balanced combination. Aperol's strength is its low alcohol content, only 11%.

"Eye-catchingly lurid red-orange, this classic liqueur has a mellow orange-y aroma. Though it's considered an aperitivo bitter, the vibrant flavor is more sweet-bitter than bittersweet, channeling orange and grapefruit peels. Taste:
Our Premium Soda Water has a silky smooth texture created by using the finest spring water (which has a low mineral content) and a high level of carbonation. Our Soda Water has no aroma so it can effectively bring to life the flavours of the premium spirit it's being mixed with.

Key Ingredients:
Our Soda Water is our simplest product. After our natural spring water is carbonated with lots of very fine bubbles, we add Bicarbonate of Soda, which is used to add a minerality that enhances naturally occuring flavours in the spirits it's paired with.
