Larceny Barrel Proof offers a new opportunity to experience our acclaimed wheated Bourbon mashbill in its purest form: non-chill filtered and bottled at full barrel proof. Released three times per year in January, May, and September, each offering is a bold yet balanced special Small Batch Bourbon rich with depth and distinction. Much like Larceny Small Batch and Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond, Larceny Barrel Proof is a welcome reminder of just how good wheated Bourbons can be.

Steal a taste the same way John E. Fitzgerald once did: uncut & straight from the barrel. This is the first Wheated Bourbon to ever be named Whisky Advocate's “Whisky of the Year.”

Mashbill: 68% Corn, 20% Wheat, 12% Malted Barley

Batch B524 keeps with the spice direction that Heaven Hill appears to be targeting with their 2024 batches, except dials it in with much more finesse and precision. The flavor profile as a whole is surprisingly similar to Batch A124 with heavy caramel, spice, and chocolate creating a solid base, but the infusion of baked bread on the nose, dark fruit on the palate, and cinnamon on the finish transforms the whiskey into a much more three-dimensional sip. Where Batch A124 was overrun by spice, Batch B524 tempers it slightly, but pairs it with flavors that help balance it. A cinnamon, Mexican chocolate, and barrel char aftertaste tmakes the finish the standout aspect of its sip." -Breaking Bourbon
