About the Whiskey:
Maintaining its 107 proof and minimum seven-year age statement, Baker’s will also debut a new bottle design, featuring details about the individual barrel, including the age, the warehouse in which it was aged and the date it was barreled.
Baker’s Bourbon is distilled at a lower proof than most whiskies from the James B. Beam Distilling Company, which contributes to its rich flavor, the company says. As a single-barrel bourbon, the tasting notes will vary from barrel-to-barrel and bottle-to-bottle, but some of the defining characteristics include:
Nose: Fruity, caramel, toffee, dark fruit, spice.

93 Points & #16 Top 20 Whiskies of 2019 - Whisky Advocate:
"Poor Baker Beam, great-nephew of Jim Beam. His eponymous Baker’s bourbon ended up a sleeper bottle alongside rightfully lauded Booker’s bourbon and stellar limited editions of Knob Creek. But this year, Baker’s has reason to boast, as it gets the single-barrel treatment. It will remain 107 proof and a minimum of 7 years old. However, the addition of details like barreling date, age, warehouse, and barrel number will make for fun treasure hunting. Our bottle offered a lush palate of blackberries, delicious dried fruits, licorice, and cinnamon." — Jeffery Lindenmuth
Pikesville 110 Proof Straight Rye Whiskey

About the Whiskey:
Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey refuses to be forgotten. First produced in Maryland in the 1890s, the brand, along with the rest of the once-booming Maryland Rye industry, was shuttered by prohibition. The brand reemerged after prohibition and became the last standing Maryland Rye, as the rest of the industry's production had ceased.
Now produced in Kentucky from extra-aged barrels stored in prime warehouse locations, Heaven Hill keeps this historic Maryland mark alive with this award-winning six-year-old, 110 proof offering.
Bottle Size: 750ml
