About This Wine:

GRAPE VARIETY
100% Brachetto

ORIGIN
Strevi, Pineto Vineyard. Amphitheater-like south-facing exposure, white, sandy, marly soils.

VINIFICATION:
Carefully selected and hand-picked grapes. After pressing, maceration on the skins takes place for 2-3 days to extract color and aromas. The peeled must is then clarified and aged in steel tanks at 0°C. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place, stopped at 5°C by filtration.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Medium-intense ruby red tending towards pink. Delicate aroma, with hints of rose, raspberry, and red fruit. Sweet and smooth taste, fresh, with a persistent foam.

PAIRINGS:
Strawberries, berries, chocolate desserts, and fruit tarts. Also try with spicy, oriental foods, and cured meats.
