94 Points, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2016 Cenyth Red Wine Blend is blended of 50% Cabernet Franc, 33% Merlot and 17% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple colored, it opens with expressive baking spices, fragrant earth and vibrant red and black currant scents with touches of underbrush, pencil shavings and tar with a waft of charcuterie. Medium to full-bodied, it has a firm frame of grainy tannins and wonderful freshness framing the densely packed red and black fruit layers, finishing long. 1,740 cases produced. Drink 2020-2037." - LPB (10/18)

About this Wine:
Sixth-generation French vigneron Pierre Seillan is the winemaker at Château Lassègue near Saint-Émilion in Bordeaux, as well as at Vérité in Sonoma County, where he works with his daughter Hélène Seillan, assistant winemaker.

These partners represent two generations in a long line of winemakers, a father and daughter team with distinct skills and visions, both of which benefit the wine they make: La Muse, La Joie and Le Désir. The outcomes have been successful: Vérité wines claim fifteen 100-Point Scores from Robert Parker Wine Advocate, plus the recent addition of 100-point score from Jeb Dunnuck.

Cenyth is the 2nd label of Verite and made by Hélène.

93 Points, Vinous:
"Hazy, green-tinged straw. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes fresh fig, tangerine, pear nectar, jasmine and smoky minerals. Concentrated and juicy in style, offering an array of orchard and citrus fruit flavors that smoothly blend depth and delicacy. Displays impressive finishing energy and length, leaving hints of fennel and candied orange zest behind." -JR (11/21)

About this Wine:
40% Roussanne, 20% Vermentino, 15% Grenache Blanc, 15% Marsanne, 5% Picpoul, 5% Clairette Blanche.

One of the area’s iconic wineries, Denner sources all their fruit from their own 130-acre vineyard, which was first planted in 1999 and sits in the heart of the prime Willow Creek District. The wines here, made by Anthony Yount, have steadily becoming more refined over the last decade. I count them among the very best in California. The 2019 collection showcases depth as well as vivacity. I was especially impressed by the well-integrated tannins of these wines. That trait makes the wines deceptively approachable (if there is such a thing) while providing ample structure for aging. Yount has a talent for blending, and it shows clearly here. These are some of the most impressive wines from Paso Robles that I tried this year." -JR (11/21)
