2018 Stags' Leap Winery 125th Anniversary Special Edition Cabernet Sauvignon

95 Points, James Suckling:

"A very pretty Cabernet with very fine tannins that are polished and fresh. Beautiful currant, chocolate and walnut character. Medium to full body and a long, caressing finish. Builds beautifully at the end. So delicious now, but will develop nicely in bottle. Real 2018 character. Top vintage." (6/2021)

Winemaker's Notes:

A tribute to our 125th anniversary, this 2018 vintage Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is specially labeled to honor and commemorate this significant milestone. The Napa Valley region enjoyed a stunning, near picture-perfect 2018 growing season including good winter rains, mild spring weather and steady temperatures throughout that allowed for even flowering and bud break. These ideal growing conditions were followed by a cool, even and slow-paced harvest which allowed the winery to vinify wines at a gentle pace. The resulting 2018 wines are of very high quality with lower alcohol, concentrated flavors, color and excellent acidity.

2021 Hourglass Estate Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

95 Points, California Wine Advisors:
“This deliciously refreshing Sauvignon Blanc is a crowd pleaser from start to finish. The bouquet conveys pear, golden delicious apples, and honeydew mellon. The palate boasts Meyer lemon zest and culminates in a tangy finish. Enjoy now and anytime over the next 3 - 5 years.”

Notes from the Winemaker:
Primary aromas of Honeydew melon, Meyer lemon zest and peach blossom with bright notes of Granny Smith apple, spearmint and fresh cut hay. On the palate, limeade, lemon meringue and Pippin apple intertwine with notes of brioche, honey and chamomile flowers. The addition of 9% Semillon, along with judicious barrel fermentation and frequent lees stirring, create beautiful texture and depth, with bright acidity and chalky minerality providing precision and balance on the long, lively finish.

Stainless Steel Tanks (40%), seasoned oak barrels (45%), new French oak (15%)

Bib & Tucker 6-Year Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Rank #14, 93 Points - Whisky Advocate Top 20 Of 2021

"This Tennessee bourbon’s packaging has an old-school look and name (referring to dressing up, perhaps in your Sunday best), but in reality it’s rather new, first brought to market in 2014. Despite its lack of pedigree, at 6 years old this is lip-smacking whiskey, with a color of caramel, and an alluring aroma of sweet baking spices. There are bold, bracing tannins of cigar box and menthol that balance out the heavy sweetness of orange jam and long-stewed fruit. Intense, tasty, no-nonsense bourbon." —David Savona

#2 Rated Bourbon - WA Fall 2021 Buying Guide

96 Points - The Tasting Panel
“The six-year-aged bourbon has a nose of antiques, new saddle leather, chamomile- soaked butterscotch drops and warm cinnamon-kissed cedar.”

92 Points - Int'l Wine & Spirits Competition 2021

Very Good/Strong Recommendation - Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2021

"Like a caramel apple at the fair, this Bourbon has a distinct creaminess that smoothens it and allows the other flavors of peanut brittle, clove, and mace come forth. The finish is long and peppery, hinting at a high-rye mashbill."
