Four steps from your list to their doorstep.

You send us names and a message. We handle the wine, the wrapping, the boxes and every tracking number.

  1. Choose the wines

    Tell us the occasion and your budget per gift. Our sommeliers suggest bottles at every price, from crowd-pleasing favorites to trophy Napa Cabernets and Champagne.

  2. Send your list, message and logo

    Fill in one row per recipient in the simple spreadsheet we share with you, then send us the gift message you want printed and a copy of your company logo.

  3. We wrap, box and ship

    Every bottle is wrapped with your printed message, tied with a bow and packed in a protective box carrying your logo. UPS collects directly from our shop in Mountain View.

  4. Follow every delivery

    Your shared spreadsheet updates in real time with the UPS tracking number and delivery status of each package, so you never have to dig through email notifications.

Flat-rate shipping, presentation included.

One price per package covers the shipping and the full gift presentation. No surprises on the invoice.

Every package includes

To set it up, just send us your gift message and a copy of your logo. Flat rates cover 1- and 2-bottle packages. Shipping something bigger? Ask us for a quote.

Swap the standard shipper for a rigid matte-black presentation box with crinkle fill, sized for one or two bottles. Your printed message, bow and logo are still included.

Handing them out yourself? We’ll gift wrap for you.

Not shipping? For gifts you deliver in person, we pack each bottle in a gift bag with tissue and a hang tag, ready to carry into the office or a client meeting.

Where we ship

To 47 states. We cannot legally ship internationally, to Utah, Hawaii or Alaska, to PO boxes, or to anyone under 21.

No signature required

Each recipient gets an email the moment their package is delivered, or if UPS reports an issue, so nothing sits unnoticed at the door.

One spreadsheet runs the whole order.

We share a simple Google Sheet with you. Add one row per recipient and we take it from there.

As packages ship, the same sheet fills in with each UPS tracking number and delivery status, updated in real time. You can check on any gift at a glance, and your inbox stays free of notification emails.

Recipient email addresses are used only to send delivery confirmations and exception alerts.
