Yellow with golden hues. Subtle white roses notes stand out over lemon zest, pear and white peach aromas. Then little more complex notes such as ripe pineapple and hazelnut appear. It reveals great sucrosity and mouth-filling texture. Exquisite acidity stands out with toasted and mineral aftertaste.
Food Pairing: A perfect pairing for cheese or meat empanadas, dried fruits platters, roasted brochettes or dried pasta with seafood sauce.
