Chosen from the 10 most exceptional barrels of Chardonnay from our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard and named in honor of Robb's eldest daughter, Sarah (formerly known as Carlotta, same wine). Crafted by our winemaker Dan Karlsen from a prized block of older vines. Aged in 100% new French oak barrels. Cuvee Sarah displays the elegance and grace of Talbott’s renowned Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. This limited production (250 cases) full bodied Chardonnay displays rich notes of peach, nectarine, and toasted hazelnut.

Racy and lively, with clean, crisp apple, citrus, mineral, kiwi and toasted bread all emerging from the glass, it is beautifully focused and pure on the palate, with loads of juicy acidity emerging on the mid-palate and finish.
