Notes from the Winemaker:
Malbec, Cabernet and Merlot come together perfectly in this stimulating, complex and structured wine, better expressing the complex and rich terroir, with spicy and red fruit aromas. Freshness, structure, persistence, a wine that preserves unchanged traits of the original season and terroir, intensified by 14 months in barriques.

Ratings & Reviews

93 Points - Wine Enthusiast Magazine:
"A blend of 30% Malbec, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, this opens with aromas of ripe blackberries, Mediterranean herbs and cedar. The firmly structured palate doles out layers of black currants, blackberries, white pepper and licorice alongside chewy tannins. Drink through 2022." - Kerin O’Keefe (3/1/2017)

91 Points - James Suckling:
"There's brightness and focus to this balanced red with medium body, fine and integrated tannins and a fresh finish. Very fine. Interesting Bordeaux blend with malbec. Drink now." - (July 19, 2016)

91 Points - Antonio Galloni:
"The 2012 Indaco is soft, supple and delicious, with the sweet red fruit of the Malbec front and center. Dark red cherry, plum, spice, French oak and mocha give the wine much of its forward, fruit-driven personality. Best of all, the 2012 will drink well upon release given its mid-weight structure." - Antonio Galloni (October 2016)
