Notes from the Winemaker:
Seen as a pale yellow in the glass, with fresh aromas of grapefruit, lime, mandarin and melon. A sip brings a sweet beginning and a tartness to the mid-palate balanced with good acidity and weight. Pronounced flavors of citrus and stone fruit mix with subtle hints of spice. The finish is clean and refreshing, long in length with mineral notes. This wine will continue to develop for two years from vintage.

Production Notes:
Sourced from different regions in the valley, this wine comes together to showcase the unique varietal expression that is Napa Sauvignon Blanc. To add depth and mid-palate weight, the Sauvignon Blanc is blended with 10% Semillon. During fermentation, using 50% native yeasts, the wine is held in neutral oak barrels to provide body and texture, round out the palate as well as add complexity to the flavors and aromatics.
