Very bright cherry–pink color. Well-developed bubbles, constant and small in size. Fruity exuberant aroma dominated by a variety of forest fruits along with delicate tannins. An initially potent flavor with good structure and just the right degree of acidity that maintains a perfect balance throughout its prolonged lingering aftertaste.

"Limpid orange-pink. Lively, spice-accented aromas of fresh strawberry and orange zest, with a smoky mineral quality adding lift. Juicy, sharply focused red berry and tangerine flavors become spicier with air and take on a suave candied rose quality. "The largest production cuvée is the 2016 Brut Reserva Rosé, a blend of 60% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache, and 20% Pinot Noir. It has a complex bouquet of cherries, orange rind, and subtle spice that gives way to a medium-bodied, beautifully balanced, elegant Sparkling Rosé that has an exuberant mousse, terrific balance, and a great finish." - Jeb Dunnuck (9/6/2019)

The 2016 Rose Brut Reserva is a blend of 60% Monastrell and 20% each Garnacha and Pinot Noir from a dry, warm year after another dry year (2015), but it managed to keep good freshness, with only 11.5% alcohol and a very low pH of 2.95. It has nice balance, and the seven grams of sugar are nicely integrated and balance the acidity. It matured for no less than 20 months in bottle. All of the wines from Corpinnat are very recently disgorged, to have Corpinnat rather than Cava corks. 52,000 bottles produced. - Luis Gutierrez (Aug 2019)

Wine Enthusiast:
Light strawberry and raspberry aromas are a touch jammy and sweet smelling. This Monastrell-based rosé is slightly aggressive but not coarse on the palate. Peachy, melony flavors are more generic than specific, while this finishes clean and easy. - MS (12/31/2018)
