The wine is then aged for 24 months in French oak (30% new) followed by 6 months in stainless steel. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAromatically the wine has notes of dried rosemary, basil, and thyme, as well as crushed violets, red berries and an underlying flintiness.
