The terroir boasts clay-limestone diluvium, embellished with large pebbles and stones, and gravel matrices, spanning varied exposures. Embracing the Mistral winds, their meticulously managed vines, averaging 50 years, flourish. Primarily Grenache, with Syrah and Mourvèdre, Premiere Côte epitomizes quality in the local wine market. Grapes are destemmed, ( with up to 20% non-destemmed) depending on the vintage, followed by fermentation without sulfur in spacious concrete tanks. This method allows infrequent but thorough work, shaping the fruit around fine tannins reminiscent of Burgundy, while preserving its original freshness. Each grape variety undergoes separate treatment, blending after malolactic fermentations. Aging occurs in concrete tanks in the basement, ensuring slow evolution, complemented by old Burgundian pieces to enhance complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Deep purple red in color, with aroma of spices, undergrowth and ripe red fruit.
