About the Whiskey:
Named for the 14th tallest tree on the planet, Pipe Dream is our first Bourbon whiskey. Pipe Dream Bourbon is made from a high corn mash-bill and blended from barrels aged between four and twelve years. Smooth and complex, it is a true sipping whiskey.

Color: Deep Golden Hue
Nose: Powerful nose with sweet maple, vanilla, and a hint of honey.
Palate: Rich, deep and complex with roasted pecan, vanilla, and lingering char and woody notes. Smooth with a hint of black pepper on the finish.
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Raw Rye, 4% Malt Barley
Age: 4 - 12 year old barrels

"Mild oak and vanilla aromas lead the nose. The robust palate opens with a dusting of cocoa. Adding water transforms that into milk chocolate and vanilla richness. Each sip exits with black pepper and a lemony zing. Aged at least four years."

"A blend of 4 to 12 year old bourbons, including some made at Sonoma County’s Graton Distilling Co., along with bourbons from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. Named after Pipe Dream, a giant redwood near the distillery. An herbaceous nose offers spearmint, spice, tea, and leather. Coconut on the palate, followed by orange oil, peach pie, vanilla, brown sugar, and chocolate-covered almonds. The finish has spice, nutty dark chocolate, espresso, and melon. Cohesive, balanced, and well-textured."
