Caged heat is a spicy cocktail syrup born out of the craft cocktail revolution. Made with cane sugar, tamarind, cardamom and ghost pepper with a mind towards a balance of flavors. It's spicy, but caged, get it? We recommend mixing it with bourbon and lemon juice, tequila and lime juice, or just with soda and lemon juice. It's also great over ice cream, or as a dip for your french fries.
