Distillery Notes:

This exceptional spirit has undergone a 7+ year maturation process in the challenging climate of Haryana, India where Summer temperatures soar up to 122° F and Winter ones fall to 32° F. In this extreme environment, the whisky undergoes a robust interaction with the Oak, resulting in a vibrant symphony of diverse flavors while aging at an accelerated pace.

Indigenously grown 6-Row Barley, cultivated and harvested in Rajasthan, India, was malted and double-distilled in traditional Indian-made copper pot stills and carefully laid to rest in ex-Red Wine cask. It was then lovingly decanted, revealing a one-of-a-kind expression that takes you on a journey through a myriad of flavors and aromas.

The angels ensured they claimed a significant portion of the liquid, leaving little for mere mortals to savor. This Single Malt truly embodies the essence of a sub-tropically aged whisky.

53.5% abv.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Pleasantly sweet and fruity, with notes of grapefruit, blackberry, vanilla, and Oak along with hints of grape musk. It exhibits a vinous profile with light earthiness, herbaceous undertones, and nuances of dried figs and hazelnut.

Palate: A sweet, fruity, and floral aromatic profile with notes of raisins and apricots balanced by soft, refined tannins.

Finish: Completing the experience, it boasts a fairly long finish, allowing the complex flavors to linger and evolve on the palate.

Baked plum, black cherry, and black currant on the palate initially, evolving to Hershey bar, coffee bean, maltiness, and chocolate brownie before a dark, delicious finish. A cohesive proposition where the palate delivers on the promises of the aromas."
