About the Rum:
A Single Blended Rum consisting of both Artisanal Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled molasses rums.

A blend of two distinct single blended rums, both 14 years of age. One rum has been aged for 14 years entirely in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, the other for 14 years entirely in Ex-Madeira Casks.

Bottled at 61% ABV - 122 proof - please add water to enjoy!!!

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla, coconut, sherry, zesty lime with hints of oak and spice
 
Palate: Rich dark fruits, red wine, black pepper, wood spice, dark chocolate and a hint of tobacco smoke
 
Finish: Gentle notes of coconut, oak with good length
