About this Wine:
This Vincent Carême vouvray, matured for 12 months in 400-liter barrels, comes from a clay-limestone terroir providing both structure and tension on the palate and a nice variation on the nose around juicy white fruits: pear, nectarine. Vinified in semi-dry form and presenting a slight residual sugar, the chalky persistence and rich aroma of this Vouvray make it a true gastronomic wine.
