Burgo Viejo Gran Reserva shows a deep red ruby color and offers powerful aromas of blackberry jam, spice, leather, chocolate with toasty nuances. Smooth yet full-bodied with firm tannins and a long finish.
Vinification:
destemming and light crushing of the grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is concrete tanks. Aged 225-liter French oak barriques for 24 months.
